Grilled wholemeal cob bread with tomato and onion sauce (um you dip the bread into the tomato stuff LOL).

Corn crakcers with avo and tuna and some cucumber rounds. Mmm that didn't really fill me up. Hurry up bread and finish baking so I can have fresh bread with strawberry jam!

sushsi - california roll and a salmon and avo roll - then a soymilk fruit smoothie - then some coffee yoghurt from the yoghurt shop.
Can you tell we were out? no idea why i decided a soy milk smoothie was better than a dairy one, but then ate dairy yoghurt afterwards tho.... Ali
