wow! Lily must be doing really well these days Tikki

i haven't hinted at anything, and I"m not expecting anything. DH will probably do his usual "Don't do housework today" to which I shall reply "What, so I can have twice as much to do tomorrow?" I don't think he's yet worked out that what would be really nice is if SOMEONE ELSE did these things, instead of me just not doing them for one day I will probably get breakfast cooked for me though (but then DH usually handles brekky on the weekends anyway). a sleep in would be ideal

peace and quiet......a day of dh doing the chores looking after the kids etc....totally unrealistic of me to want/expect ( he has already "made plans" with a mate to go fishing )
sorry....still peed at him

we had to go early to kinder pickup on wednesday and the kids had baked and decorated biccies then gave us a decoratted photo frame with a photo of me and livi in it that they took the other week, totally adorable! I would really just like for DH to HEAR the girls wake up and just get up to them while I blissfully sleep on! Strange how sleeping until 8am is a sleep in these days!

well i'm getting to do no jobs/housework etc all day
and i've said nothing bought - i'd like them (like kristie) to come up with something either made themselves or gathered that can become an annual tradition
we're off to currumbin bird sanctuary
and thanks to aimee's thread a couple of weeks ago i got myself something very special which arrived today - will post pics after sunday
hugs
karen

Kirsty, that's what I told DH too. A day off would be very lovely. Maybe a day stay at a nice spa resort secluded from the whole world. I would be uncontactable and wouldn't be back home until Becky's gone to sleep

Yeah that's a dream No secret here, I told DH I'd love a shopping spree. He said I could spend $100 on clothing. We went to Westfield today and came back with nothing I couldn't find anything I like and shopping with a toddler is impossible.

So we're just going to go to Vietnamese market on Sunday and get some good food I'll hopefully not do any housework on the day Definitely no cooking for me.
