First Avatar Challenge of 2008! Woo Hoo!

WOW! I am so glad that I'm not the only one who was missing these Challenges. I just love all these pics and they are making me ridiculously clucky. Every thread I read is full of pics of babies and preggie mummies - insane!

I just found out that we're going away on the weekend, so I'm going to have to close entries on Thursday night and put up a poll on Thursday night/Friday morning. How will I ever choose finalists?

I looked at the kitchen and it looks really similar to the kitchen we put in at our old place in Brissy - we must all have good taste in kitchens

Ha, ha ha! That's the kitchen in one of our old places. You should see ours now all 80's blue cupboards and grey tiled benchtops Funny thing is I grew up in the 80's so I hate most things 80ish but I can't help myself - I love the blue cupboards now

Tanja, you can put everyone up in batches and get people to vote to narrow it down - like dividing it into pools which get culled to give you a final. That was done for a previous one but I can't remember which.

I did that in pregnancy thread somewhere once.. what was scary was mine was bigger than everyone elses and I wasn't preggers

The Christmas Avatar Challenge was done in two batches because there were about 18 entries or something. We ended up with 2 or 3 grand finalists from the votes. Then had another poll for the overall winner.

No way am I taking a shot of my belly!!! lol And no, I'm definitely NOT pregnant

My entry is pretty tame compared to most of the others- noone's naked!

This photo was taken about an hour after Z was born. It was Miss I's first cuddle. I love the expression on her face- just sums up how excited we all were to finally meet our gorgeous bubba.
