Not that I've actually been to see a movie in a cinema in years, but my favourite is a small independent one a few villages down the mountains.

For where I actually watch movies now: loungeroom

We don't have the spare money to go to the movie so we get them from the library and watch them at home for free

Only one here too and it's Big Screen. Went to the movies last week - first time in over a year. Too expensive (a trip to the movies for two costs $30!!!), and I never get childfree time to go.

The last movie I watched was when we were in Melbourne and DH's rellies babysat F and she was 10 months old and before that it was Star Wars and I was pregnant with DD.I've never bothered with the Babes in Arms sessions because I figure I might just as well throw the money I'd spend out the window because i'd not be watching much of the movie with any of my kids in tow.

So anyway I voted Village only because that was my favourite pre kids and a mortgage, but like others I really wouldn't care where or what I got to do if I had a child free opportunity put before me.

    Don't really have a preference
We have a few local to us...
I have to take the kids I nanny for to the movies a bit, they can go alone with their friends but they are still somewhat 'attached' to me and drag me along instead its nice to feel wanted
