Thought we could share our trees I love love LOVE Christmas and putting up the tree is one of the things I love to do!!

Here is mine, with the lone present under (thanks Fi ) I don't usually pick up the presents until the week before xmas... avoids them getting opened early

Every year we make a special 'thing' for the tree... this was this years, I love them The boys decorated theirs, I did Ashtons

ours isn't a 'tree'
it's a cylindrical lights thing that hangs from the ceiling
from IKEA of course
it's the second/third year we've had it now
have taken pics, will post (when I remember, if I remember lol) later tonight


before that we would find an artistic branch in the right shape
and decorate that, stand it in a pot - looked very effective

and before that we did live trees in pots that then went into the garden on boxing day.

Here's ours... sort of.

I say sort of because the pictures are more of S helping decorate (or should that be un-decorate!!) the tree. The first pic is of their stockings from Nanny's Love.

H keeps pulling everything off and the tree now consists of some fabric and paper scraps that delaney has turned into decorations

my beautiful angel from the top has been broken and haven't gotten around to a new one

so its not much to look at this year - oh well

I love Christmas too! So much fun!

I love the special decorations you made for each of your boys Mel, and the pics of Sabrina "helping" are so cute Susan! I'd also love to see your cylindrical lights decoration Kristy!

We always go and choose a real tree as a family each year... it's sooo much fun!!!

Here's our tree that Alex helped decorate on Saturday (he handed me the decos & told me where to put them) .


The second is of him holding the star he made at daycare to hang on the tree.

nice trees.. unfortunatly mine was all pretty but now half bare coz ella-rose decided she wanted too pull all the balls off the tree and tey are now all broken.. maybe next year will be diff but then wyatt will prob destroy it haha.
