we're having sausages mash and gravy when dh finally gets home and i am STARVING!

I couldn't be bothered being very creative, and we needed to use up potatoes so we had a weird potato/falafel patty thing... mashed potato and half a pack of falafel mix (made up), mixed together with some corn, grated cheese and some extra spices that in hindsight weren't needed LOL and then formed into balls and coated in breadcrumbs and baked in the oven.
