Hi Jayne,
I am also into yoga, but havn't done much hatha yoga in a while (physical) I understand the not sharing too much stuff on the online world, I think some things are pure enough to keep to one's self  and I love Bhumi, the mother earth of Hinduism, thus I love cows!
