Default support with MCN addiction

Hi all,

I've been using cloth nappies on my 5 month old son since we came home from hospital- they're great!

However, I've become addicted to buying MCN- undermining my argument that, long term, cloth costs less. I keep justifying purchases to myself by saying I can use them on future babies, but I'm starting to think that's quite a few babies!

So I'm trying to replace my addiction with a soaker knitting habit. At least, with the rate that DS is growing, I'll have every excuse to knit up a new one on a regular basis...

You have found your way home. We are all addicts here so I don't think we will be able to help you there but with the knitting, you can never have too many woolies.

Welcome to NC.

Watch the knitting bug too...you may stop spending money on MCN, but you'll replace that addiction with gorgeous hand-dyed yarns...mmmmmm, yarnnnnnn.

If you want to keep trying new things without spending money, try swapping for nappies that you don't like to use as much. You know, the ones that don't fit your baby's shape quite right, or that he's outgrown, or that you don't like the look of so much...
