Hi and welcome Pips.
I started using MNC when DD is about 6 mth old. I am expecting no. 3 in 9 wks. So as far as using MCN on newborn i am pretty clueless but i think fr previous experience as a new user i am going for different types of nappies and see i what like best. Whatever u dont like u can always sell it later  For this bub no. 3 i've made some fitted, pocket and AIO (yet to sew some muslin prefold).
