another newbie from Melbourne

Hello all

I have been a lurker to this forum for a little while now, and thought it was time to finely join...

my story....
well it all started about 2 years ago when i was trying to get pregnant with my first baby. I have always been a very environmentally friendly person, and the thought of using those horrible disposable naps was not something i wanted to do.
so i started researching into to the world of cloth

I bought my first pack of BBH fitted on ebay about a year before i finely fell pregnant, and when i received them, i loved them so much, it started my obsession for MCN's

I finely did fall pregnant last year with my first bub, and my stash began to grow

I now have a nice stash of mainly BBHs fitted, and AIO minkies, also green kids, Bum genis, happy heinys, and some home made AIOs.
My bub.... Zarah jade, who is just turned 5 mths ..... she is so special, and i feel so privileged to have such a beautiful baby

I find using cloth naps alot of fun, they are colorful and look so cute, cant believe anyone would not want to use them.
all my friends who have had kids all use disposables, and think its hard work having to wash naps all the time, personally i dont find it much work at all, in fact i love hanging out all the cute lil naps on the line

a bit about my self...
well i am a big animal lover, my other obsession in life are my dogs, i am heavily involved in dog sports and dog training.
I love the outdoors, and go camping and bush walking alot. I have also been a wildlife carer and have always worked with animals

i look forward to learning more about cloth and getting to talk to other cloth fanatics...

You'll find plenty of similarly addicted people here!! And I have the same thoughts as you, I can't understand why everyone who has seen how cute cloth nappies are still don't want to at least give them a go!
