Hi, I am a newbie to the forum but have been part of another non-Aussie forum for a couple of years and they had a cloth nappy 'team' so I had been hanging out there but thought it would be good to have some more local chitchat going on.

I mainly used cloth (terry flats) on my now 12 1/2 year old as that was more or less standard back then.

I started using cloth on my now 18mth old DD when she was around 4 months old and have never looked back. I am expecting a new baby sometime at the end of July, beginning of August (whenever he/she is ready I guess!- lol) and plan to use cloth right from the start. It is a bit daunting as I clearly remember how much DD pooped in those first few weeks!!! No doubt I will be trawling the forums to see if my planned newborn stash is up to par
