Hello from your latest Newbie!

Hi Ladies,

I must confess to having been a "lurker" for some time now - picking through all of your valuable information but just too busy to post and contribute! Hope to be able to post a little more from now on...

Well this is all new to me - Bub No. 1 is on the way in about 2 weeks! Am definitely on the countdown now... It's funny, i was all mentally prepared for an arrival on or around due date, at least that's what I was "working" towards, and a few weeks ago everyone has started saying - "oh you might be early, you could come any day now!" which has thrown me a bit, and not feeling entirely ready!

Am married - hubby is getting super excited I think! Got my Mum nearby for help - thank goodness for Mum's huh? So it's all systems go here, and hope to post with some news of Bub soon...

Also want to say a BIG THANK YOU to all those knowledgeable mums out there who have so much helpful advice for us newbies! We'd be a bit lost without you!

Yeah, don't put too much on the date, 1st babes are often late and yes, sometimes early.

Hi Kate, welcome welcome! Let us know when bub arrives... and good luck. Mums are a godsend... I flew mine in from M'sia to help out for 3 months.
