Default Stepping out of the shadows
Hi there,
I have been lurking here for a while and it's time I joined in the fun! I have a 9 1/2 month old boy who is my sunshine. I have been cloth nappying since he was around 3 weeks old. Now I am completely, utterly and madly obsessed with all things cloth. I have an ever expanding stash that I am just itching to expand a little bit more (the only thing that makes going back to work soon a bit more palatable). I am a bit of a sewer (not very good) and am also obsessed with knitting and crochet.
I have found this site invaluable so far and hope that I can offer some useful advice to help others as you have all helped me!

Hi Dragonfly,

You don't sound like much of a novice to me! I wish I could sew and actually I'm thinking of learning, but I don't have a sewing machine. So far the only things I have sewn (two bum jumpers and ONE cloth wipe LOL) have been by hand.

I have two friends in our community who have sewing machines so I'm about to start bombarding them with my requests!
