Hi, wow, I didn't know people were so into nappies. My third son is allergic to disposables and I had used just normal cloth nappies for my girls. A friend gave me one fitted cloth and that was it I was hooked. Didn't know you could buy them though so just created my own all in one using microfleece and PUL and then found out how many there are out there and how many people there are using them (could have saved myself a lot of frustration). Glad I learned how to do it though cos I saved myself a fortune (you could really go crazy) and as this is our last babe couldn't justify the huge outlay knowing it would be for just 1.
Anyway it's good to see so many using cloth and supporting other mums, it's nice to see everyone supporting each other as opposed to judging each other. Really looking forward to chatting soon. Emma, mum to Olivia '01 Tiana '03 Hudson '05

Yes cloth nappying can be VERY addictive  Such adorable designs so many to styles to try etc, etc......I am Carla, mumto 4 lively boys 12, 7, 4, and almost 6mths!! I also said I wouldn't spend big on modern cloth as Jnah is defintely our last but many nappies and many more dollars later I am STILL spending LOL Always more to try!!!!! Anyway I could go on for hours, but again welcome any questions just ask! SOMEONE will know 'See' you around?

Welcome Emma. Not only is cloth addictive, so is this site. I also made my own fitted for my DD, same reasons as you. She is our last, so didn't want to have a huge out lay for 1. Plus didn't have any money at the time.
This site is soooo addictive too. So much so I've now decided to make and sell my fitteds too. And I've only been here for a couple of weeks So welcome and hope you have as much fun as I'm having here.
