Baby shower gift

My friend is having her 3rd child and is used to using terry flats and plastic pilchers. What do you think would be a good gift to convert here to MCN?

I personally used flanny flats and bummi's cover on Lewis when he was newborn, but maybe looking for somethign a bit more speccy to convert her.

well definetly some decent covers imo pretty print ones like bummis or tots bots??
nothing wrong with flats if she likes them
maybe a nice OSFA BBB fitted for nights later on?
and some fleece liners
i just bought a gorgeous starbunz pocket/cover for my friends new baby - if that doesnt convert them nothing will

Why does she need converting if she is happy using terry's?? Umm.. perhaps a good cover so that she can see the difference between that and plastic pilchers... and a cute nb fitted

If shes happy with flats then I would say maybe some yummy bamboo flats and some pretty PUL covers, and what about some wool soakers?

i'm with joh - nothing wrong with terries!!

but i do love my MCN for out and about & nights (BBB?). out and about .. the list is endless. how about a cute pocket or AIO? i reckon just go for something cute you can find in stock

(on a side .. i've just come back from kununurra and lent a visitor my itti bitti. gosh i thought her dd looked cute in it!!)

I use a combination of flats and MCN's. Maybe you could give her a cute pocket nappy or AIO as a gift when she has the new bub. I would love that pressie if it were given to me. She could use the nappy when she goes out etc as it will be more absorbent then her flats. At least your gift would be unique..not another blanket!

Big flats fans here too, we loved our flats and pul covers, and probably would have kept using them if Lily hadn't turned into the wriggliest baby in the universe at nappy changes. We're using them again now for nostalgia value now that she's very compliant

So I would say hey, fabbo that she's doing cloth, help her to perfect the system she's got, no need to change Funky pul covers, a woollen soaker ~ if you're looking for something spesh in that department I'd go the Mini Wonder Soaker

Ok, how about a soft cuddly berry plush. cant get more show-offy than that. It would alos be practical for her as she can use it as an AIO or a cover

How about some print pockets? That way if she does convert she can use all her flat nappies as inserts!
