im in the same boat with my twins due in august ive stocked up on good old flats to start with and have tried and am very impressed with a trial pack of Baby beehind Bamboo on my 3yrs old son. so im saving up to get 2 bulk packs from modernparentsvinatgeways.com. i calculated that with the pack i end up paying $22 per fitted nappy and plus i get lots of extras!

oops forgot to add this i have registered on buy for baby but so far have been unlucky..im hoping that waiting till the bubs are at least 3months old before buying fitted will be cost effective!

I find peapods were good and cheap to help when i first started out, and buying second hand is excellent too, umm ebay but i personally wouldnt buy any nappy that is made from flannel and has no hemp or bamboo or microfibre, theres a lovely cheaper seller on there that makes great hemp night fitted nappies with fleece covers and also makes aios
How about using terry squares when your at home? That will mean you can spend the money you would be using on disposables to build your nappy stash up, if you did terry squares for daytime and got a night nappy or even disposables at night till you can afford to get a night nappy Theres lots of ways of doing it cheaply, i did the stop using disposables and used terry squares when i ran out of mcn and bought two night nappies so i would always have a dry night nappy |
