Sorry Fern but I've got know idea what UTD means? I'm guessing it means you are pregnant?? If so, congratulations!

I've never cloth nappied a newborn so I haven't really got any tips in that regard but I'm sure someone else will be along soon with some ideas. Otherwise you could do a search because I'm sure there would be lots of info here already

I have a few fitted for my littlest one... but I've really taken to terry flats and cotton prefolds this time. If I had to do it again - I would have bought a few hemp prefolds as well to hold the copious volume he wees!!
These are covered with PUL covers for now. Just don't underestimate how much they can put out!

Pockets leaks with him so we tend to use them as covers.... and AIOs for going out.

ETA: And a huge Congrats on the Pregnancy too!!!

Congratulation! I figured it out straight away - because I was in the cloth advocay and just made up a slogan put fluff on my duff, and looked u the meaning of duff so had duff on the brain i ahd to make sure it wasn't too rude. lol (the first meaning just said buttocks)

I just loooove those tiny newborn nappies. I have some magicall xs AIO for going out but mostly fitteds and flanny flats for starters. I can feel a last minute frenzy coming over me for a few "special" ones though.

It's ok, I thought, "She's excited she has urinary tract disorder?"
Then it clicked LOL

Congrats

My fave newborn nappies were whizz kids.
They needed a bit of boosting for my girl, but the fit was great.
Also small itti bittis.
Oh, and I forgot, I LOVED newborn bubblebubs.

Yay Fern. I haven't clothed a NB but have started to collect a few to start my stash.

Poppet Pockets - Ozebaby
Just order a small from Bubblebubs (I love the bigger ones for DS)
Have gotten a couple of Wizz kids which look so cute.

Tina!!

Congrats again Fern, I'm so excited for you!!

We are using prefolds and bamboo flats with fleece covers on this one. As well as fitteds, small and one sizes and a few AIO's and pockets too but probably not straight away.
