i got some fantastic info from this forum some time ago about starter packs & am now using MCN 1/2 time...i got the Nurture nappies starter pack & think its a really good one as i had no idea how the different sorts of nappies worked before. The bumgenious one is fantastic - esp. for dad & grandma. I actually think the Itti Bitti is a bit overrated - but maybe it just doesn't fit my little girl well enough. I also got 1 BBH hemp nappy to compare & it ROCKS. I'm now waiting for delivery of the 1/2 time pack (couldn't afford FT rats!).

Its been a long journey trying to get my partner enthused - all the enviro facts in the world didn't help when he was trying to scrape poo off his 1st nappy & got it all over his hands - there was lots of swearing & 'this is the end of bloody cloth nappies' ! But after some pointers on method (teamed with a 'bloody well leave it to me then if its so hard'!) he's come round & has even started boasting to our friends about our new hippy ways!

anyway...just a bit of feedback & a THANKYOU to all the mum's who answered my queries early on.
