Whats the best fabric to make them from and how do I do it (ie I have heard about having a spray bottle of water to wet the wipe)

Let us know.. as I dont want to waste anymore $$ on disposible wipes!

I would imagine the Organic Cotton Wipes you sell in your store would be a great place to start, perhaps you could use some of them, it would be perfect for your daughters sensitive skin, just wet and wipe. You will also then have a good view of your product to be able to advise customers

Agree with everyone. My 2 cents is that I use a sports bottle (or the tap) to wet them. I found a spray bottle took to long for my impatient streak. I use a pop-top kids juice container for the water and take the wipes dry when out and about. That way I just leave it in the bag all the time until I need to restock without having to worry about thinking about how "old" they are (lazy!).

Well, I wet as we go and if we are going out we always have a bottle of water with us OR a toilet no too far and I wet them there, I think they get stinky if they are left wet for longer than an hour... lol

My total faves were baby terry ones, that really fine soft stretchy terry.

Next were velour/terry or sherpa.

I used to keep them wet in an old Huggies container too. About 2 days worth was fine to keep moist. Sometimes I would mix a drop or 2 of water soluable lavender in the water, smells divine. If you have an allergic bub I reckon a drop of olive oil would be great.

I would keep others with fleece for use with cornflour powder, they make great butt dusters.
