Yep I'll say AIO's as well. As she's using sposies, it sounds like she'll find it easier to convert to an AIO/AI2 style rather than a fitted.

Definitely itti d'lish's and magicalls - they make up most of my AIO stash.

i'd say get AIO's and i reckon if she is already 17months then go for larges
