I would imagine any low rise fitted would be fine- especially the ones with an umbilical snap. The Swaddlebees newborn terries I had would have been perfect- shame I sold them Kara! Perhaps a wahm could make you up something similar? The great thing about prefolds is that you can make them low rise- maybe a snib would be a little more adjustable than a normal cover too? You should try some bamboo flats too Kara- they are so so lovely and silky soft for a new bubba :-) If you bought the smallest ones then you could make them quite low at the front.
