yes, they are good I'd recommend two of each size you are using if only using at night (at least two anyway). then you can rotate between them and air the other out during the day for the next night, or change overnight if you need to.

yes, they need a cover. Beehinds do coloured PUL wraps too, so you can totally coordinate your nappy wardrobe

hemp and bamboo diff is just fabric. It's the same design nappy. Bamboo is a bit more absorbent. Hemp doens't come in colours and will soon only come with the rainbow trim, but then the bamboo will soon only come in natural too.

Ive only got a minute in here, so sorry if this has been said before, but Ive found One size nappies witrh sized covers to be a dream
particualry baby behinds bamboo, with thirsties covers/wool covers.
weirdly enough, my Lilli works well with a BBB and a bamboo delight over the top for nights. The BD fits well over the top and I get no leaks, I love the two!!
