Default microfibre?

I am wondering if it is possible to boost my nappies with a microfibre material? I found some cloth wipes at the reject shop that are microfibre and i was curious as to whether they would work?

So i can use them in a pocket nappy?
Or under a bamboo/hemp booster?
This is fantastic news. They are 3 huge cloths for $3. I cant wait to stock up of them.
Can i ask why i cant let the microfibre touch bubs skin?

It shouldn't touch bub's skin because it is too drying. It absorbs the skins oils. I use microfibre material in my pockets, with and without bamboo depending. It is prone to compression leaking, so if we are going in the car or elsewhere where nappy will be compressed, we use bamboo too.

As above - it really dries out the skin - sucks all the moisture out
I use car cleaning MF cloths I got from the hardware store ages ago - pack of 5 - big yellow ones which I fold in thirds. They fit really well in Fuzzibunz, bumgenius, hautes, starbunz and happy heiny pockets (actually they fit in all my pockets with wide crotches ).
You also used to be able to get these things called pocket socks. They are a suede cloth type sock thing that you stuff your insert in. You can then lay it in a cover or use as a large booster without worrying about MF touching the skin. I don't use them anymore - I bought them for an O/S trip and mainly use AIOs now - LMK if you want them

pocket socks, never heard of them, they sound ace for putting in a night nappy!

microfiber is also great for older kids who hold on and flood rather than dribble.. I found that my DS the nappy would hardly be wet but his clothes soaked coz he did too much too quick, where as the microfiber whisked it away quick. I put bamboo with it tho.
