Default Ordered my Bamboo Velour for Liners - now what?

I have ordered my Bamboo Velour to make liners for my CT as i think DS may be having a reaction to microfleece.

How do i make the liners, do i just overlock the edges? How big should i make them? Do they need to be double thickness? I really have no idea and am not very good at sewing please help in simple terms what i need to do.

I'd say for a liner just a single thickness with overlocked edges. I'd also say depends on where he is getting the rash, if it's all over I'd cut the liner to shape to cover the entire inner of the nappy. Do you have a main nappy that your stash is made out of? I'd cut it to fit that one. Otherwise you can just cut rectangles and overlock those maybe 30cm x 14cm or whatever size will fit in your nappy well.
