Longies Sizes

Can anyone shed some light on how long each size lasts roughly?

I have only ever bought large or extra large.

So Im just curious to know how long small and medium sizes last?

Also do you suppose my large capri's would fit ok as longies for bubs? Then they will get used during winter by bubs and by dd in spring.

I would love to get some more longies for dd, but I dont know how to get a size big enough for her... I guess customs... I do want to learn to crochet, I guess I could just think about doing it myself

Smalls lasted about 2 months, Mediums still fit, JUST. And he also fits in larges too now, which most of his are. Some of the larges are too long so I fold the bottom up once.
