how long did your small ittis fit for?

So with everyone raving about the ittis we had to get one, we got a small and its the only nappy that clem isnt on the smallest setting on which I LOVE, the small swaddlebees aio and pockets only just fit her and the legs are gaping, so i was very excited to see how itti these really are. My only question now is how long does the small fit for- i know how long is a piece of string...but in your experiences.

My DD is 6 months and she has plenty of room to grow in the wings but she's long so we're having rise issues and a little bit of plumbers crack going on lol.

We used ittis on Emily from about 12 weeks and I know we'd upsized before she got to 5 months but can't remember exactly when. Probably not very helpful for you though, as she was wearing a hip brace, so the fit was probably a bit different for her, with her legs positioned like a frog. I think we upsized as the wings were cutting across the tops of her thighs, so she needed a higher rise. We tried mediums but ended up going straight to large. She came out of her brace at 5 months, and the larges still fitted just as well.

Our time in ittis ended up being a lot shorter than intended as Emily now has quite chunky thighs and a very slim waist, so doesn't fit front snapping nappies anymore.

thanks, that is helpful. So i take it there isnt a huge jump up to the mediums? and lol about the plumbers crack- nothing more attractive! i think clem may eventually have that problem but 6mths sounds like a good run

T was out of hers by 2 months, and into larges by about 5 months. All bubs sure are different. J wore his mediums until 14 mths.

Evelyn wore small ittis until about 5 months, outgrew the rise first for sure. She's not a small baby, either, I never weigh her but judging by other babies and her clothing size I'd say she's up near the top of the percentile charts so it does depend on shape a lot.

She's 10 months old adn I've just passed on our mediums. She still fits them but the rise is getting too short and since we have plenty of larges I thought it was time. Alastair was skinnier than her and I don't think he outgrew mediums until 14 or 15 months old.

Sage is 3 1/2 months and is still in her small iti's. She does have quite chunky thighs and a chubby lil tum and is on the last snaps so may not be in them for that much longer, however the rise is fine on her. She does fit mediums reasonably well already.

we never got smalls only meds.... and he fits them from about 4 mths i think and he is 7 mths now and still on smallest snaps... so i rekon her fit small he si 7kgs tho. i just used flats and prefolds till he fitted them

I think the snap ins are bulkier than the sewn ins and I get leg gape with the snap ins.

Ashton was out of smalls by 2 months, out of mediums by 5 months and is sitting comfotably in larges at almost 9 month
