Silly question, I know, but when you're prewashing new nappies, do you need to dry them in between washes? I've just got some more Bam Bams & want to get them in use asap, can I get away with just doing a few washes in a row?![]()

Yep, no need to dry inbetween
...also you only need to do the few washes thing for hemp to increase absorbancy. As far as I know bamboo is fine just to give one wash to get rid of any residues![]()
I never do , I just wash them about three times (usually twice in the same water then fresh water for the third wash) to make sure any residue is gone from processing.

What the others have said. I probably only wash 3 times, but in the back of my mind I know that they may not be at full absorbency for a few more washes.

What they all said lol
Bamboo is normally washed by the sewer to decrease the stretch so its normally good for absorbancy straight away but still pre wash to get rid of and residue from the manafacturing of the other fabrics and the fact they have been handled by someone then put in a post bag![]()
Well you learn something new everyday!! I used to always dry mine inbetween washes!!
