Hmm....now I'm even more confused? They're not coming through to junk...I've checked there and they are honestly not in my inbox.....ergh!
Oh well....I'll just have to write myself notes to check on what I'm buying/selling everyday then.

I havent been receiving the email messages letting me know that Ive received a message through Buy For Baby?

Also, can you obtain contact details of a seller you've bought something from? I purchased something on 1 May and paid and have heard nothing back from them at all. I have emailed three or four times and even opened a dispute and have had no reply. Do I just leave it at that and accept Ive lost my money ?

I know the staff doing BFB are busy - just wondering how long should I expect to wait for a response to a ticket? (it's been 6 days)

My ticket is asking how to report non-paying bidders becase I can't for the life of me work it out.

I just want to clear up these non-paying bidders so my account balance will be corrected so I can pay it and not have to worry about credits etc.
