hi
i am new to buy for baby and am trying to list some items, and i want payment by paypal, but when i get to the payment part it won't let me select paypal. I do have a paypal account.
I have put in a help ticket but am not sure how to see if it has been responded to!
Sorry to be a pain!

I'm not sure Anna, but do you need to load your paypal details into your BFB account somewhere first maybe? I've really got not idea, just clutching at straws

I do know that you will get an email in response to your help ticket

Who me? Never

There's only 1 person who 'mans' the help desk & she's a busy mum with 2 young ones so it's just a matter of when she can get to it. I think when I've taken out a help ticket before, I've usually had a response within the day.

Hopefully someone else might be a long soon with an answer for you anyway. I've never used paypal when I've sold stuff on BFB so I really have no idea.

How can I claim my fees back from non paying bidders? I cant find a dispute console???
Also, under members area, sold items, it wont let me delete old transactions, which is driving me nuts. Am I missing something????

Can anyone help with tips on how to load up a photo on Buy for Baby. I've never had a problem with loading photos on ebay but for some reason it just wont work on Buy for Baby. Is there an area where I can find some tips. I have lodged a ticket but its been a few days now. Any help apreciated. Thanks!

Try making your pics smaller. I think there is a size limit. The same thing happened to me when I first listed on Buy4Baby.
