business listing help

Who do I address questions to for business listing help?
Or do I sumbit a ticket to help desk?

Kate and Brooke are in charge of business listings (I think). But I'm sure if you ask on this forum, one of them will be able to answer you.

I just have an enrty listing and have used my 100 characters and when you click the group (clothing) you can read what it says, but when you click on my listing to have a look at it and the links to web etc, it has cut off works, about 11 character

they are also cut off in the downloaded pdf
I'm just wondering if it is meant to do that, or does it actually need to be smaller than 100 characters?

It looks like it's including its own html formatting as characters so I have increased the allowed characters to compensate, so it should now be fixed. Anyone needing help for their business listing can submit a support ticket through http://support.nappycino.com.au logging in with your forum username and password. The reason we have decided to start using a help desk style system is that the support work required here is more than one person can cope with, so using a help desk allows for several people to assist with problems/queries.

As people pay for their listings they have an account created for them under their business name and are emailed the username and password. Those with free listings can submit them through the script at any time.
