buyena win...what now??

I apologise in advance if this is in the wrong spot but it's not what I'd call a technical difficulty.

I just want to pay for my buyena wins and don't know what to do next?
Do they send me an invoice like ebay? I can't seem to find any payment details anywhere.
What do I do?

yes they should send you an email/invoice.
however there has been some problems with this lately, id check whether it affects the auction you won.don't forget to send the auction number/details

A problem is currently being experienced with auctions ending that were listed prior to Monday. The winner of the auction is not being recorded against the listing. The software developers are looking into the problem for us and we hope to have it resolved soon. If you require your auction to be looked at urgently, please submit a support ticket at http://support.nappycino.com.au using your Nappycino Forum login details and we will provide you with manual contact details for your buyer/seller.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, hopefully it will be corrected asap.

The lister is the one that sends you an invoice and also if DD, then a message on the message board re: bank details.

I also know there have been times when I couldn't get on the computer after one of my auctions has ended.

You can always message the lister (via message board) that you would like to pay.

From what I can see my name is listed as the winner (at my end anyway).
I have left a message on the message board, so I guess I wait now...??

I sent an email last night. Still no response. I don't want to get a bad name for not paying!
Can I name the seller. It is someone who advertises here. She may read it and can contact me so I can pay her.

not a good idea.naming buyers/sellers can give a mis-representation of a bad reputation...

Thanks Joh, I didn't mean it to sound like I was trying to badmouth anyone. I'm sure she is just busy or having tech difficulties.
I have already sent an email as the email address was available through buyena.
I guess I will just wait.

yup im sure too. but people read things and can take it the wrong way

No probs. I wasn't in anyway trying to imply that anyone is at fault. I was more concerned with my own reputation as a buyer. Thanks for your help, hopefully I hear something soon so I can give her some money.
