photo next to name ??

hey there,

was trying to work out how to put the pic on the avater bit , on the left hand side next to my name, i tried to look up how to do it and when i tried to do this:

click Quick Links select Use Custom Avatar then click Browse

i dont' have use custom avatar on the quick links bit,

am i doing something wrong???

its user cp then edit avatar and you can upload a pic
