ok when you finalise the transaction it has go to message board on the right hand side.
Click that and leave a message

that's your feedback.

I think it's actually 'Leave Comments' that you have to click on to leave feedback.

The message board is only visable to the 2 parties involved in the transaction.

All of my won items from the past have been dleted for some reason too. Since the downtime/upgrade I think?
