It's horrible because at the moment I'm going gluten/wheat/dairy/soy free!!! I did start a donut thread the other day but it doesn't keep coming back like those other mean ones!

Sarah, yep, I made them. I used the recipe on here with a few modifications for the above.

My ingredients then are:
1/2 cup oil (I used olive cause it was all I had, but probably canola would be better)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup buckwheat flour
1 tbsp tapioca starch
1/2 tsp baking powder (cause I wanted to lighten it up a bit cause the flours can be a bit heavy)
1/2 cup cocoa

All the rest is as per the original recipe.

I bought pecans this morning so tonight I will make another batch and add those (and use less oil).
