having trouble with quick reply

A lot of the time I cannot reply to threads, it just ticks over and over but never posts. Is anyone else having this trouble?

Also I'm not sure if my private messages are getting through to people, no idea how to check this without hassling everyone I sent a message to until they reply

The only time I've had that trouble with Quick Reply has been if there's some kind of network issue, I usually reset the modem and/or the computer and it works ... terribly untechnical!

the trouble seems to mostly happen when going to posts through a get new list. If lets says the thread is in the craft room, I have to go to the craft room, click on the thread and then I get to reply, other than that posts are read only to me.

Not sure about the problem with Quick Reply then, sorry! ETA: does it work if you 'Go Advanced' and type your reply in there?

since its not all the time, I just use quick reply and then the page sort of gest stuck so I click back and at that point if I really want to reply I just go to the correct room and I can quick reply there. Next time I will try going back in and see if advance reply works. Will let you know how I go next time I have trouble.
