avatar pic not changing?

I have managed to change my avatar a couple of times with no problems, but this time it won't change? I have tried numerous times since last night.

It shows my new pic when I am in user panel, but still keeps coming up with the old one when I post?! I have tried logging out. Then deleting the pic, then logging out and then relogging in and uploading the new one. No luck. any ideas? I have just become a subscriber so I don't know if that is a coincidence that it happended at the same time

Have you changed the avatar or the user profile picture (there are 2 different pictures)...

OMG Thanks heaps Obsi! and here I was bragging to hubby that lack of sleep wasn't affecting my brain lol

Hahaha but 10 guesses as to how I immediately jumped to that conclusion.....

(couldn't possibly have been because I was sitting there just the other day, frustrated because my avatar wasn't changing....)
