MadMel- Needs help getting onto NC please

She has tried tried both browsers, restarting, clearing cache

I know this won't help but I couldn't get on to NC from yesterday afternoon through till this morning.

All other sites were fine it was just NC.

Saying Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Tried doing rebooting, clearing cache, clearning cookies
says everything else works fine. IE and firefox aren't bringing NC up. I haven't changed anything.

I couldn't get on yesterday and have only just managed to get on now. I did everything I know of clearing, cache, cookie, temp internet, different browsers, restarts etc and couldn't get it to work. I had it happen a week or so ago too so I have no idea! lol I just kept trying.

ETA I'm with telstra are they the same? Maz couldn't get on last night either
