Going nuts - formatting for Word/Open Office

Hi All
hoping someone's noggin is working better than mine bc every time I do 'select all' it does it but then I go back and only half of it is done so I do it again and same result with a different bit.

What I would like to do is from here:
FlyLady.net: Control Journals!!

put the Word 'Holiday CJ'
and the Word 'FACE CJ'

into a word doc, landscape, two columns with the text size 8

with enough margins/space, so that I can cut the pages in half and bind to half A4 size... does that make sense? I want to add some pages from my CJ as well but they're physically on my desk so I have to add them manually before binding. Is there anyone who would mind doing the formatty bit please, and emailing the doc to me with that format setup? I know it puts the tables and things out of whack, that's ok I can go through manually and fix it.

THe only other way I thought is can I make it do that on my printer or not really? coz the other way is to print the lot, then shrink on a phcopier etc etc - waste of paper...

Humm - not sure exactly what you are trying to do. Is it replace the word "FACE" in the doc with "FACE CJ"

Or are you trying to copy the whole doc to a word doc so that you can print it into A5?

ah der to me
meant the .pdf coz the .doc/word is read only
