We had a similar problem with trying to get the disc to line up so it could be read. Was okay in laptop because it has that "catchy" bit that you can push the disc onto but sorry couldn't get it to work on our pc!
No help for you sorry![]()
Did you get applecare protection plan with your mac? I ring them all the time for any little problem I have.

oh no, is the software mac compatible anyway?
I dont have a digital frame so not much help. Does it have a USB input, could you put the photos onto one of those sticks and pop them on the frame that way?
Not sure if Mel's is the same but the software you have to install to put photos on the digital frame for the one we have is this tiny little disc! Not a full size disc. Very annoying.

Contact the manufacturer and they might be able to email you the software.
Most software for things like photoframes can be downloaded from the Internet. Google the make and model of the photoframe and you should be able to get the download and updates.
What ever you do, don't put the little disc into a slot cd drive, the tech at work spends half his life pulling computers apart to remove the little CD's.
