My favourites button has dissapeared!!

from the tool bars at the top of my page.
We run explorer 6.
They were there yesterday, but are gone today.
I need my favourites list!!!!!!!
Can anyone help???

dunno if this will work (cos i use a decent browser ) but on firefox, if you right click up on the toolbars (but not on something specific) you get the option to customise (i can stick a bookmarks button in there, bookmarks is same as favourite). i suppose there would be a settings button somewhere, prob under tools

Ok, found my favourites in 'control panel', but have no idea how to put it back in the tool bar.
I think DH may have done some fiddling last night on the computer
I think I might do a system restore & see if that fixes it.

ah never mind, i get what you're missing. Have you tried restarting your computer?

It's all good - my favourites are back!!!!
Not sure what happened, but it's back - thank goodness because I have a 'huge' favourites list & would be sooooo lost without it!!
