Default what is the most useless part of your nappy stash/system?

OR What are your "ready didn't need to haves?"

For me, even though I still use them, I could have done without microfibre. Really, I only bought it and made the boosters so I could say that I had. If I had thought about it (it was a late night impulse buy during the nappy hunt) for even a nanosecond longer, I would have bought hemp and or bamboo and made some actual CLOTH boosters! LOL.

Also an unnecessary component now are the Fluffies (nappies and covers) and the Minappis... they were all that were around in Australia (other than Zappy Nappies) when I was first pregnant. At the time (2003), the $15 for the Zappies seemed overly expensive! LOL.

a box of disposables!

the doctor told me to use them when Aiden had a bile burn on his bum that was 6 months ago, it made it worse, the box is still sitting there...one day hell may freeze over and I may use them

hehe My change table has come in very handy .. for storing all my nappies! lol

Things I dont use...some of my first pocket testers with the hole too small! lol a stack of 12 motherease onesize, and VELCRO (or touchtape..pmsl). I only have a few velcro nappies... they have to be pretty darn good to end up in this stash!

the little squirt and the weenies disposable inserts (got to try to convince hubby to use pockets!) and the BB liners (don't know why but these ones just don't seem to work for us - whereas my spotlight specials do!)

and I rarely use my PUL covers - because I much prefer wool for fitted or pockets for out.

- and I've installed my Little Squirt - but just don't use it much - she only poos about once a week and you know, just don't use it that much. Still like them though.

Terry flats...

To be fair, it was thanks to those terry flats that I started using cloth at all (a friend gave them to me for free, and because I had them I felt it would be such a waste of money to use disposables (seeing as using cloth wasn't going to cost ANYTHING)... Of course, then I got my hands on some lovely fitteds (thanks Kate), and some lovely pockets (thanks Brooke), and the rest is, as they say, history.... LOL!

But, yeah, those fitteds are basically just gathering dust now...

Hmmmmm, probably my terry flats, they have not been used more than twice. And then I have about 20 Minappis sitting up in the cupboard.....

The least used thing actually still in the stash cupboard would be fleece covers as we rarely use them anymore, prefer wool or PUL these days.
