Can't edit my last post now!

I just sent an email with a few small pics attached. I don't usually do this but modern cloth nappies are something that I feel warrant it! I think it would be fantastic if more parents get the chance to even find out what they are... I still wish I had known earlier, I would have used them with all my kids!

I too saw this and am about to send an email in. I think issuing a challange is a wonderful idea, they seem to really get into that sort of thing.

I think writing to them would be a good idea, I have tried to follow up on the media kit and Lesley's beautiful nappy that we sent them and have had no luck.

Sent them an email, but frankly they don't care. Especially the way Mel was going on about "I'll change anything in my life as long as I can keep the disposable nappies"

ugh

Well, i just sent an email and a photo. Unless the media (especially tv) puts info out about modern day cloth people are going to think that cloth is all pins and soaking. I really hope that they do some research and follow up on modern day cloth.

I Know!! Wasn't that shocking!!

It's so annoying when people are ill informed and pass on the wrong information to others! Did you see that someone sent in an email saying that choice magazine did a study and that the environmental impact of disposables was comparable to that of cloth? They are counting soaking, and all hot washes and drying in a dryer too , I bet!

I really hope they respond to some of us, and I also hope that you get some feedback on that media kit and nappy Vanessa, I think it's quite rude of them to ignore you completely when people obviously went to a lot of effort to submit stuff

I went to see a health nurse today for a 4 month check-up and she knew nothing of this kind of cloth kalan was wearing I was actually shocked. She was very interested and listened to everything I said though. I must admit that I knew nothing of modern cloth until very later into my pregnancy & didnt purchase modern cloth until my little bub was born. If only I knew all about it way b4 he was born It would have been easier to spread out the cost of it all.

I sent them an email and basically said cloth is very different now days we have so much more available. I really hope they read all the emails and talk about it again it would be wonderful if they even offered one of the lovely ladies who makes such lush cloth nappies to come on for a bit of a chat ( highly unlikely but heres wishful thinking )
