I use Weleda products (from NZ but available in Oz) - they are lovely. Their barrier cream is great - calendula based, and the nappy rash cream is good too.
I tried their teething homeopathic stuff and didnt find anything interesting happening.

Bottom Balm from Nature's Child at Byron for nappy rash here.
Bathtime, we use J&J bedtime bath or in the shower just good old sunshine soap. Washing, i jsut use the stuff we have but not much, and clothes go into our wash, or when littler, a wash of their own with less washing powder. We love the bottom balm here. That and Daktarin for the occassional fungal rash H seems to get (normally when we are away from home)

for bathing if you're in hospital, you can get little bottles of olive oil, and/or just put some OO in a small bottle/jar - put in your bag and that's it
