I used to give Dian chewable multi's. They were shaped like robots and tasted yummy! I found that when she was on multi's she seemed to eat better too.

My kids take vit c daily to keep the flu and colds to a minimum and dont fuss too much, DD is 2 yrs old and is a bit sneaky but eats the chewable most days LOL
DS is 4.5 yrs and happily reminds me if i forget.

Also plan on getting a multi for them, just to boost for those times whn they could do with it iykwim.

You do have to be careful with the age thing though as it can damage the liver/kidneys etc if they get too much... just check with your pharmacy about what is age appropriate.

My neice used to take hte appetite one.. works quite well but you still need to provide the healthy diet and some kids wont eat healthy even if they are starving!

Tanya Brandon is 21 months - I'm pretty sure you can get multivitamins for kids under 2. Mum's going to the chemist this arvo for me to get something.

the one with the giraffe on the box which boosts appeitite is incremin, absolutely fantastic product smells horrific though. Another one you might want to think about is children's multivitamin (yes thats its name) its a liquid multivitamin, and has everything they need minus fish oils for some reason. liam has been on multis off n on since he was 3 years and stopped breastfeeding, and they are fantastic but just keep an eye out for any side effects such as constipation, the runs etc as (yes i wasn't aware of this) they can be caused by the multivitamins

thanks Julie, I might go check it out
Zac was such a great eater, but the last two weeks he won't even try his dinner every night
if after 20 mins of so he does try it, he will happily eat it, but he is refusing to try it most every night although it was something that was a favourite a few weeks ago
I think he is becoming a toddler
