Mischa and I have just been out for a big walk and I'm exhausted!! It feels good though We were out for about an hour, with a little break when we came across a playground that we'd never been to before. We brought a ball with us which encouraged me to keep active even when we were at the park. I wonder if I can do it every day... how are you guys fitting your exercise in?

Emma, I go for a walk in the afternoon after Beanie's nap. This is a time of day when he's grumpy anyway, and I often have trouble thinking of things to do with him at that time, so it's good for him to get out.

Your walk sounds great!

I weighted myself on a digital scale today (the ones in the shopping centres) and I am heavier than I though. I knew my scales at home are crap, but didn't think they were that far out.
So now I want to loose around 10kgs.
I have started jogging twice a week, not for long though, I feel like my lungs are going to explode
and sit ups/crunches everyday

I hear you about the lungs!! Good on you for jogging Tanya! I tried to jog short distances on my walk this morning, but so far I'm only doing the occasional jog between the lamp posts. Hopefully I can build it up to be more frequent, but yeah my lung capacity has got to improve i think!

i haven't posted here for AGES i have been so slack, this is my third measurement week, i've been measuring rather than weighing as our scales are soooooo bad and temperamental. First week I did herbalife (meal replacement) and got sick to death of not being able to eat anything, even an apple! lol! So this second week I've loosely been following weight watchers. In the two proper weeks of this i've lost 23cms all over, i measure, waist, bust, hips, thigh and neck, oh and upper arm. I'm happy with this result as I haven't been too strict.

We went away in February and I consciously did a big walk each day (hey, it was gorgeous, along the beach, lush green grass etc) so i think my body got used to the daily exercise, today is the first day we haven't walked (hot and windy)

Hi can I join in. Im a bit embarrised to say I need to loose 26kg! So far week one Ive lost 1.9 (am loosly doing WW and started back at the gym) Its so hard to get out and excersise with the girls (3 and 1) so the gym is the only option as it has free childcare. Im so sick of not fitting into any of my clothes properly and cant afford new ones. I have boxes full of "skinny" clothes that by the end of winter I WILL wear!

I went clothes shopping yesterday and bought 3 size 14 tops..when previously I was in size 16-18. I am now able to fit into my old clothes from before I was pregnant with Lil and last night dh took me to a spanish restaurant and I wore high heels..man do they make a difference..I look slimmer and I walk more confidently..I have boxes of high heels I havent been able to squeeze my chubby feet into..for almost two yrs..I am gonna go thru my winter stuff in storage and hopefully there will be stuff I can wear..unfortunately they are mostly office wear.
I am almost under 80kgs!!! which is great cause my goal was to be under 80 by the end of march and considering I havent been able to go to the gym much due to illness..I am very happy. My goal weight is 65kgs (I think i keeps changing lol)
I have my endocrinologist appointment at the end of April *fingers crossed* I will be 76kgs which was my pre pregnancy weight with Charlotte and my goal by May 28 which is my wedding anniversary is to be 72kgs- thats all I have so far
