Can i join in even if i dotn want to admit how much i weigh?

I'll pretend you all say yes I weighed myself tongiht first time in about a month and omg i have lost 7kg

I am pretty proud of myself, i knew i had lost something as the same pants i wore a month ago are now loose instead of tight.

So now i just have to keep going, knowing that i have lost some without trying too hard might make me more motivated to use the exercise bike more

Ok better go feed Hartley but i'm on a bit of a high still lol im sad i know

Hey girls

Think i should join this thread as this week will be 6 weeks since DS2 was born so i am going to start exercising to get rid of my baby bulge. Think i want to lose about 5-10kg...depends on how much i weigh now. I did weigh myself a few weeks ago but since then have been eating too much junk so i'm sure i weigh more now. Will weigh myself at my 6 week check up on Thursday and go from there

I get a bit lazy when it comes to exercising so hopefully posting here will keep me motivated!!!

Jo.

I'm glad this thread's been bumped up again.... I've been hiding from it
I really need to get back on track. I've been eating biscuits and chocolate everyday for the last few weeks. I need to get back to "tracking" what I eat rather than eating anything and everything whenever I want

But, in other news, I got a bike for my birthday and Mischa and I have been out riding almost everyday. When I don't take her, she starts pressuring me into it - playing with the bike, running around with her helmet. Maybe I dont' need a personal trainer after all

hehe How are we all going? We did join the gym and I just did a cardio work out (eek!). I've been to 1 pilates, 1 tai chi and 1 fat burner class as well. I have done a couple of weights work outs which were interesting. I am off to shower now (I smell!!!).

wow susan, sounds like you're doing well! i've been a bit slack with the exercise this week (still played netball but have done pretty much nothing else) but doing better with the portion sizes than usual. still eating too much cake i tried to make a low fat cake from one of my ww cookbooks the other day for thursday's nappycino, but realised i didn't have low fat canola spread so it was pretty much full fat (and delicious).
at my last weigh in (monday) i'd lost another 0.8 kg so i'm back on track (having put on weight a few weeks ago).

how's everyone else going?

I'm new to the site and saw this thread and ... well why not.

I'd love to lose weight before trying for #2 sometime next year.
I can't say how much I weigh (shudder) but are there any other mums who need to lose 20 - 30 kg?
I'm only down 7kg since ds was born (I was very overweight before pregnancy) - but in the last month I have started pram walking with another mum once a week (approx 50 - 60 mins each session) and have gotten DS into creche on Friday for the first time so I can have a swim. I also do "laps" around the block nearly every evening with my ipod (wonderful invention)!!

What does everyone else do from home??? Joining a gym is not an option for me ( unless I win lotto!!)

Hi Elle welcome to nappycino.

I have around 20kg to lose as well. I have been walking around the house at night after the boys are asleep. To be honest I feel alot more comfortable huffing and puffing in my own yard with no one watching. Well I hope the neighbours aren't watching, how embarrising.

Well, how's everyone doing? It's nearly New Year and people will be making that old New Year's resolution to lose weight. I'm getting in early and making it now

Just wondering if anyone knows what that online program is where you join a group or something and there's prizes? A friend of mine told me about it ages ago but I can't remember what it is.

Hubby is entering a competition and there is a gala dinner for the awards night so I'd really like to look absolutely stunning for him (whether he wins or loses) and so need to lose a few and buy a new dress (of course!).

I know, diet and exercise. But I need online support! lol
