Yep I stood on the scales the other day - 80 kgs. Which means I've lost 6 over hte last year (yep, i only stand on the damn things once a year). And it means I have 25 to go...

Well i think that my scales are broken!!! It said I weigh 88kg but I am sure that it wrong - I feel like I weigh 140kg

My aim is to get to the gym once a week (need to enlist neighbours to watch little bubba while big bubba at daycare) and to drink water and not eat donuts (my fav craving right now).

My total aim is to get to 65kg - 65kg is healthy size for me, anyless and I look like a stick figure

lol Ali... I know how that feels!

I'm 73.2kg last weigh in and really want to be 50kg or as close to 50kg as I can be whilst looking healthy. lol I'm very short and my healthy weight range (as calculated on a diet forum) is between 46-60kg. Will see how I feel once I'm in the 50's!

ok, I'm in too. DH and I are on the CSIRO diet (have been since 3 weeks before Christmas).

starting weight: 79kgs

lost 3kgs in two weeks on the diet with NO EXERCISE!! sadly this seems to be all I've managed, so exercise is now also on the plan. want to lose 10kgs, but no set time frame, just want to get down to 69kgs, which is about where I was when I fell pregnant with Louis.

Larissa, i haven't done pilates but I want to. I hear it's great for fixing up the stomach muscles after pregnancy also supposed to help elongate the muscles or something like that.

I'm sorry, I just can't bring myself to post how much I actually weigh. Not even DH or my Mum know, it is between me, the scale and the ladies at the gym!

But I will say that I have lost 9kg, and according to the staff at the gym I need to lose another 26kg to be at my goal! I know it is a lot, but I have faith in myself that I can do it.

I have a feeling that getting to my goal would make me too skinny - I think losing another16kg will put me at a comfortable size 12 and I will be happy with that.

I was an 18 - 20 when I started and now I am a 16. I can definately see the change in my face - I have cheekbones now! And I think I can see the beginning of a bicep! I have also lost a lot of weight from my breasts. I was a DD when I started and now I am struggling to fill a C - the the girls are getting quite saggy, too.

I know there's a lot of ppl not joining this thread because of how much they weigh because I have spoken to some of you individually in the past So I'm just going to jump in and say that this year should be the year we all get healthy, for ourselves and our children. To help motivate those that aren't posting (you know who you are....) I have started a (private) weight loss blog for anyone with more than 30Kg to lose PM me if you are interested in joining, it will be by invitation only to maintain peoples privacy
