tanya, i think its cos i feel like eating and am hungry all the time with the BF! I must admit though she's now getting 2 bottles of formula a day because 12 months was my goal and am slowly weaning her, so hopefully that'll happen to me as well!

In the beginning months I lost weight but then all of a sudden I was hungry, hungry all the time and I piled 5kg back on! Oh well! I am back on track now and looking forward to attaining my weight goal in 2007!
Big hugs to everyone taking this path- it is a hard road dealing with self-image... we are all beautiful! ![]()

I indulged too much during Xmas but my weight somehow went down! I was 50kg before xmas and no I'm48

I USED to have that problem Ying.. just coz your slim doens't mean you dont have to watch your diet. Try a bit more protien and some muscle type exercise like pilates and yoga so you look your best!
Loosing wieght when your thin means you are loosing muscle which is a very bad thing!

I held off joining for a while as most people in here weigh what my goal weight is - I feel embarassed by my weight. I'm off to pm Jo - I don't feel comfortable in here with the skinnies.

Julie - just want to point out that I am totally NOT skinny. I weigh 80 kgs, which sounds good I guess - but I am 5 foot tall. I look fat, because I am! 30 kilos lost would put me right where I should be for my height.
i was wearing shorts the other day at home and caught sight of myself in the mirror and I almost died... I have those wobbly fat bulges on my legs like those women on that fat tv show. This is not a good thing. ALi

I'm around 5'7 n a half and have about 35kgs to lose but I do feel a tad out of place with women weighing 50, 60kgs because I'm alot bigger then that.
Weight is still hard to lose, if it be 5 or 50kgs its still very hard.

I'm not a stick either Julie! I may not weight a lot but i'm just 5f tall and have a pear shape. That means whatever I eat will do to my big fat ass and thighs, and I have no boobs! Oh and don't get me start on my wobbly tummy....
my goal isn't to lose weight. I just want to be healthier and feel good about myself.
