Went to Curves this morning

They have half price joining fee so its $99 then its $49 per month direct debit, you can cancel at any time and the most you will pay is $50 cancellation fee, so if you are there one month its $10, two months $20 etc up to 5 months then after that only $50. It looke pretty good will speak to DH tonight (as he makes all the money!)

Weird - normally the longer you stay with something the lower the cancellation fee gets - not higher.

Well I still haven't got scales yet, so I'm going off how my clothes fit and no change at the moment. I've decided to get scales this weekend to see how I'm going.

I'm changed all my dairy over to reduced fat which is a big one for me and started walking every second day - I even got the whole family out for a long walk last night so that was good fun.

Now to keep it up

Well I'm happy to announce that I'm 1.4kg lighter than I was last week

Not much, but it's a start & at least I'm heading in the right direction.
