Well I was a kilo lighter than I was last week when I weighed myself at 9am but then I weighed myself again at 11am and found I had put on 2.2kg!!! And I hadnt even eaten anything. I think my scales are playing tricks. And we only just got them in the January Sales! What a jip!

Well I finally got my scales and I guess I overdid it a bit over christmas as I am 3 kilos heavier than I thought I would be. Oh well, at least I can now weigh andHopefully a few weeks of regular walking will make that number on the scales go down.

I went for another walk tonight so I'm quite happy with that.

Well, I have gone back to WW. And I have my gym membership (haven't made it there much yet but cause of Babysitting restrictions).

But in two weeks of not eating crap (except a whole packet of lollies and coke as usual), I have lost 2kg And all my pants are falling off - but mainly cause they were only just fitting before (i needed the smaller size anyway).

And to celebrate, I have added a ticker too - thanks for the idea Julie - and our goal weight it the same.

And yes my scales were BROKEN. They read I weigh 82kg and I am SOOOOOOOOOOO not 82kg.

No probs Ali - was quite surprised to see I'd lost 2kg because all i've done is cut down on crap, and walk a few days a week (2 day last week).

Wow, great work Kirsty, Bec, Ali & Julie! Hannah, what are you doing weighing yourself twice in one day . Just go by the 9:00 weigh-in that said you'd lost a kilo, that's what I'd do

I've lost another 0.5kg this week so that is 1.9kg gone in 2 weeks Only 16kg to go now.

We're heading off tomorrow for a week away and I'm a bit worried how I'll go. Holidays are usually pig-out time for us, so I will have to be careful or I'll put the weight I've lost straight back on.

Keep it up everyone!

Have Fun Melissa.

Holiday rules, if you eat crap - only have half what you think you might have. Except icecream (but that's my main weakness along with lollies and coke....) icecream is a holiday must
